Full-Time & Part-Time(Saturday & Sunday): Day Time Shift (7:00AM-3:00PM,3:00PM-11:00PM)
Responsibilities
Provide residents with the high quality customer service and care
Creating a professional and friendly relationship with new residents and assisting them with any move-in/move-out process
Coordinate tradesmen for all services
Work with maintenance and cleaning staff to keep them aware of any areas that need service
Patrol residential parking area along with the mechanical areas
Answer phone calls & receive packages when required
Report and document any emergency to the operation manager/property manager
Provide detailed reports including occurrence, incident and patrol reports as required
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is an asset
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic personality
Comfort with technology
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities
Monitor cameras for activity around the building
Patrol residential parking area along with the mechanical areas
Enforce bylaw while keeping track of any infraction that may be considered for warning letters or fines
Answer phone calls
Report and document any emergency to the operation manager/property manager
Provide detailed reports including occurrence, incident and patrol reports as required
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is an asset
